We know what the industry is looking for and require children and adults, of all ethnicities for all the genres we work in: TV Commercials, Voiceovers, Acting and Modelling. We know the specific ‘looks’ which are likely to be booked, this is a big part of our decision-making process. We only accept children and adults onto our books that we feel we can find work for. An important factor too is a willingness to travel at last minute to castings. (usually next day!)
